📝 It’s been such a cozy baking week here, and I couldn’t resist pulling out a recipe I’ve made at least five times this month — this Banana Bread with Chocolate Chips.
It’s the ultimate comfort bake: gooey, chocolate-studded, and rich with banana flavor. Perfect for mornings with coffee or just as a late-night slice (because let’s be honest, we all do it 😅).
Lately, so many of you have asked for an easy, foolproof banana bread — especially one with chocolate in every bite. So here it is, my favorite version: super soft, packed with flavor, and smells like a cozy bakery. Let’s bake it! ✨

Ingredients
Step 1: Mash the Bananas
Mash 3 large ripe bananas in a glass mixing bowl using a fork. Keep it a little chunky.

Step 2: Add Wet Ingredients
Add melted butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, egg, and vanilla. Use a balloon whisk to combine until creamy.

Step 3 – Mix Dry Ingredients
Sift in flour, baking soda, and a pinch of salt. Use a silicone spatula to mix gently.

Step 4 – Fold in Chocolate Chips
Gently fold in semi-sweet chocolate chips. The batter should be thick and scoopable.

Step 5 – Prep the Pan
Line a nonstick loaf pan with parchment. Pour in batter. Add chopped walnuts and extra chips on top.

Step 6 – Bake
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Let it cool before slicing.
